Can we switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period.
What counts as a vendor review?
A vendor review is any intake request that goes through the pipeline — from initial submission through final approval. This includes new vendors, renewals, and re-assessments.
Is there a per-user pricing model?
